Body Shop Manager

  • Managing Body Shop staff, scheduling, payroll, inventory & tool needs
  • Manage the estimate process and be familiar with software including CCC
  • Ensure technician workflows are going smoothly and customer needs are prioritized
  • Managing technician productivity
  • Ensuring all repairs & orders are documented properly
  • Building and maintaining relationships with insurance companies and vendors
  • Maintain profitability of the department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Understand and keep abreast of all federal, state and local regulations that affect operations
  • Effective vehicle production and inventory control
  • This is a hands-on, working position


  • Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • At least 2 years of automotive management and automotive customer service experience
  • A hard-working can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills


  • Clean Driving Record
  • Regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Collision Management: 2 years (Required)
  • Customer Service: 1 year ( Preferred)
  • Driver’s License
